Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant (Reception & Facilities) is responsible for providing front-desk reception duties, coordinating building maintenance concerns, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the office and facilities. This role combines excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver efficient administrative and facility support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, handle phone calls, and manage inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate and monitor building maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping schedules.
  • Support administrative operations such as documentation, filing, and office supplies inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of reception and common areas.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for facility-related tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling, logistics, and other office-related errands.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:.

  • Graduate of any Business Administration, Office Management, or related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in reception, administrative, or building support role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly organized, reliable, and can multitask effectively.
  • With basic knowledge of facility or maintenance coordination is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
