- Preparing documents, formatting reports, and managing office supplies and equipment.
- Maintaining and organizing filing systems, managing databases, and documenting expenses.
- Greet visitors, act as a receptionist, and ensure a professional, organized office environment.
- Making travel arrangements for office personnel.
