  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and scheduling appointments.
  • Preparing documents, formatting reports, and managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintaining and organizing filing systems, managing databases, and documenting expenses.
  • Greet visitors, act as a receptionist, and ensure a professional, organized office environment.
  • Making travel arrangements for office personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
