Front Desk/Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role also provides administrative support to the Facilities Administrative Manager and assists in maintaining smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, calendars, and organize paperwork. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices for the facilities department, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
- Supply Management: Order office and custodial supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate with vendors for pricing and delivery.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist with minor repairs and coordinate maintenance services to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Communication & Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from employees and visitors with professionalism and positivity.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of expenses, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report hazards promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with administrative staff and department heads on projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willing to work on a Night Shift schedule.
