Position: FOH: RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:

 Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service role preferred.

 Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

 Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.

 Comfortable handling pressure in a high-traffic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.

 Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating plans to optimize table turnover.

 Answer calls and inquiries about the menu, reservations, and store hours.

 Coordinate with servers and kitchen team to maintain smooth dining operations.

 Maintain order and cleanliness in the entrance and waiting area.

 Communicate effectively with management about guest feedback or flow issues.

 Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
