Business Development Manager
to join our Southeast Asia Sales team based in Manila. What you'll get to do as a Business Development Manager
:
- Market entry, you will be part of IAS' exciting growth story, expanding into the Philippines
- Strategically grow IAS revenue and account base through prospecting and signing of new accounts including both local and global brands
- Work with leading brands and agencies to sell through the value of IAS's full measurement, optimization and ROI product suite.
- Act as a consultant and source of truth for agencies and brands in the Philippines.
- Work closely with agencies to drive engagements, such as agency activations and roadshows, and ensure the knowledge gap in the market is addressed.
- Lead Pitches, RFP responses and be involved in measurement strategy planning with clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other local sales leaders, customer success, marketing, and the technical account management team.
- Effective forecasting, managing & tracking pipelines
- Develop relationships with key digital/social agencies and their brands by aligning their needs to the opportunities presented and value added by IAS solutions
- Creating a high-touch engagement model across key decision makers - marketers, planners etc
- Ensure the business has visibility of where and when revenue can be expected from your account base
What we're open to seeing your background
:
- Ideally 4-7 years' of direct quota-carrying sales experience in digital media/ad tech OR SaaS tech space
- History of building strong, trusting collaborative relationships with key agency stakeholders
- Self-starter, to grow existing sales opportunities and source new sales opportunities
- Experience leading client meetings, new business pitches and education roadshows
- Track record of owning customer relationships and overseeing the entire sales lifecycle of the client.
- Knowledge of the ad tech landscape including competitive set
- Salesforce experience and forecasting acumen
