Human Resource Assistant
Job Summary
The Human Resources Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the company's recruitment and employee retention efforts—ensuring the attraction, selection, and integration of top talent. This position assists in the implementation of recruitment strategies and supports various human resources functions, including staffing, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and compliance. The role is both administrative and strategic, helping maintain accurate HR records and ensuring the smooth execution of HR policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding procedures, including new hire orientation and preparation of employment documents.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records of employee data, applications, and recruitment metrics.
- Assist in implementing strategies to improve candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment support.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws in all HR practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and escalate issues to the HR Manager when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or BS Psychology graduate
- With minimum 1 years experience in HR role.
- Very strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
- Take ownership of job responsibilities with personal pride and accountability.
- Very prompt, hardworking, and loves what they do.
- Ability to do the work independently with little supervision required
- Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a busy environment.
- Willing to start immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
