We're looking for a proactive HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cagayan de Oro

What you'll do:

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR initiatives and programs, including employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination.
  • Perform general administrative duties for the HR department.

What we're looking for:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably with a previous experience in an HR role
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach
