  1. Maintain and update the applicant database and recruitment reports.

  2. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

  3. Handles and process the following documents COE, Back-to Work, Endorsement letter of applicant and renewal of contract.

  4. Ensure proper documentation of all personnel files and HR-related transactions.

  5. Handle the processing of clearances, terminations, and exit interviews.

  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.

  7. Support audits and government reporting requirements (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE).

  8. Coordinate employee orientations and onboarding programs.

  9. Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training sessions when necessary.

  10. And all other task as may be assigned by the HR officer.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  2. Attention to details and accuracy is very important

  3. At least 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manpower or service-oriented company.

  4. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  6. Can work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
