Duties & Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll accurately; handle adjustments, deductions, government contributions, taxes, and reports.
- Timekeeping: Monitor attendance, validate DTRs, and ensure biometrics data accuracy.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Help manage employee concerns, memos, disciplinary documentation, and engagement activities.
- Records Management: Maintain updated 201 files, documents, and employee records securely.
- HR Operations: Support HR policies, training programs, reports, and administrative functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years HR experience, with strong background in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with payroll systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
