HR Generalist

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Provides orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering and withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Prepares and double check payroll for disbursement.
- Documents and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance improvements; recommend enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications.
- Assist in developing onboarding programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and training standards.
- Support performance appraisal processes and learning interventions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
