About the role

We're looking for a talented HR Officer to join the SOUTHERN ARMS CORPORATION' team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As our HR Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the growth and development of our people. This is a full-time role with opportunities for learning and career progression.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing generalist HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and training
  2. Administering employee benefits and leave management
  3. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  4. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR-related documentation
  5. Collaborating with managers to understand and address their HR needs
  6. Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3 years' experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment
  2. Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
