Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Administrator to support our HR operations, credentialing, and employee record management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in managing both administrative and people-facing tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with online systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, rehires, and potential recruits.
What You'll Do:
Credentialing & Records Management:
Review and verify employee credentials and documentation for accuracy and compliance
Maintain and update digital employee files, ensuring all records are complete and organized
Data Tracking & Analysis:
Manage HR databases and spreadsheets to track employee data, onboarding progress, and credentialing timelines
Generate and review HR-related reports to ensure consistency and accuracy
Employee Engagement & Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, both internal and external
Communicate with employees, rehires, and candidates as needed via phone or email
Confidently make phone calls to clarify information, gather documentation, or coordinate updates
Administrative Support:
Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance checks
Assist in coordinating training schedules, system access, and other HR initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in HR administration or a related role
Strong proficiency with online tools and HR management systems
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work during daytime hours in the Philippines (overnight U.S. hours)
