Experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or in a related HR/administrative role.
  • Familiarity with multiple HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training, and compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS or HR management software is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code (or local labor laws if outside PH) and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Discretion and ethical handling of confidential information.
