About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at DCD Foods Franchising, based in Angeles City, Pampanga. As our HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our growing business by providing comprehensive HR services and advice to our employees. This is a full-time position within our dynamic and collaborative HR department.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing generalist HR support, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits administration
  2. Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and programmes to support the overall business strategy
  3. Coordinating the onboarding and orientation of new employees
  4. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
  5. Partnering with managers to address HR-related issues and concerns
  6. Participating in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement
  7. Promoting a positive and engaged work culture

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the food or retail industry
  3. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and talent management
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  5. Proficient in MS Office suite, with the ability to analyse data and generate reports
  6. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve HR-related issues
  7. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
