HR/IT Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our growing team in the Philippines. This role combines human resources support with basic IT coordination, making it ideal for someone detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, record management, and policy compliance.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR and IT-related queries.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams for troubleshooting, software access, and system support.
- Assist in maintaining employee databases, HRIS systems, and IT asset records.
- Help organize training sessions, meetings, and internal communications.
- Ensure smooth communication across departments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- With excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of HR and IT coordination experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/IT systems.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and collaboratively.
