Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping reports.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, trainings, and company events.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information.
- Perform other administrative or HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with 1–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Trustworthy and maintains strict confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems.
- Background in recruitment or payroll processing.
- Familiarity with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
