Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor daily attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping reports.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, trainings, and company events.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information.
  • Perform other administrative or HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Trustworthy and maintains strict confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems.
  • Background in recruitment or payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
