Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Lead performance management processes and support professional development initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR regulations and practices.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on HR matters.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Oversee HR team members and support their growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in HR software , Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
