Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for managing and executing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This role ensures that HR operations align with company policies and legal requirements while supporting employee engagement and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee integration.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and government-mandated contributions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Facilitate training and development programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of HR experience (generalist or officer role).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
