Location: Makati City
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Ensure employee records are accurately maintained and updated.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Assist in performance management processes (e.g., probation reviews, appraisals).
- Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to employment policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Help organize training and development programs.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Participate in HR audits and prepare relevant reports.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in implementing company culture, values, and policies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Officer, HR Supervisor , or similar role.
Skills:
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
