Job Overview

We are looking for
Tech Associates
to join our growing team This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are tech-savvy, eager to learn, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. No prior BPO experience is required—we provide paid training to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions with patience and professionalism.
  • Document customer concerns and solutions in the system accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • At a High School Graduate of the Old Curriculum
  • At least 18 years old and above
  • No BPO experience required
    —fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and internet troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Davao.
