The Role

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their experience is seamless and positive. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing client communications via phone and email
  • Providing timely support and solutions for our clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and following up for client success
  • Increasing Customers' Technology Stack to ensure customer growth aligned with our offering

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Available Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and common business software applications
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) for client interactions
  • Authorised to work in the Philippines with reliable internet connection
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred)
