The Role
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their experience is seamless and positive. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing client communications via phone and email
 - Providing timely support and solutions for our clients
 - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
 - Maintaining accurate records and following up for client success
 - Increasing Customers' Technology Stack to ensure customer growth aligned with our offering
 
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
 - Ability to work independently in a remote environment
 - Available Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Philippine Time)
 - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 - Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and common business software applications
 - Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) for client interactions
 - Authorised to work in the Philippines with reliable internet connection
 - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred)
