Job Title: Sales Staff (Female)
Job Summary:

The Sales Staff is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products or services, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and representing the company professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and engage customers, providing product information and recommendations.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports.
  • Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and organization of products in the store or sales area.
  • Coordinate with Manager regarding orders, inventory, and promotions.
  • Support marketing activities such as events, product demos, or campaigns.
  • Maintain good relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Female, preferably 21–30 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (optional if with strong experience).
  • With at least 1–2 years experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
  • Goal-driven and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to be assigned in different branches or locations if needed.
