OFFICE ASSISTANT
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy or any four-year Business Management course
- With a minimum of at least 1 year of work experience in accounting or bookkeeping functions
- Highly attentive to details and analytical
- Customer service-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Work Location: 6th Floor, Landco Corporate Center, JP Laurel Avenue, Bajada, Davao City
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Check Disbursement.
- Preparation of Revolving Check voucher.
- Preparation of Replenishment Report.
- Control the issuance of Supplies and Accountable Forms.
- Monitor, transmits, and receives document to/from Head Office.
- Canvass Materials form Local Supplier.
- Monitors renewal of issuance of Business Permits.
- Schedule vehicle dispatch.
- Monitors vehicle maintenance.
- Maintains file of updated OR/CR of comany vehicle and motorcycles.
- Process pre employment folder which will be provided to HR.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior form time to time
Willing to be hired by an AGENCY
Duration: 6 months
Work location: 6th Floor, Landco Corporate Building, JP Laurel Avenue, Davao City
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
