Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Assistant to support the Human Resources department with daily administrative and HR functions. The role is vital in ensuring efficient HR operations, assisting in recruitment, employee relations, records management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Administrative Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage office supplies inventory, process orders, and ensure timely replenishment.

· Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

· Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents for easy retrieval.

· Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.

· Coordinate office logistics such as travel arrangements, accommodation, and staff transportation.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.

· Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for smooth operations.

· Monitor and assist in budget tracking, petty cash management, and expense reporting.

· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

HR Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing documents, maintaining employee records, and managing HR databases.

· Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and pre-employment requirements).

· Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new employees.

· Monitor and update attendance, leave records, and timekeeping data.

· Support employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.

· Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and correspondence.

· Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and compliance with labor regulations.

· Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

· Coordinate with government agencies and external providers for HR-related requirements.

· Perform other HR tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

· 2–3 years of HR or administrative work experience preferred.

· Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
