Nature and Scope:
Provides support and assistance to Mindanao Sales Team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provides assistance to Mindanao TSA' s especially if they are on field
· Prepares quotations and submission of request (such as request for payment for office rental and utilities, stock withdrawal, canvass form, pull out form, etc.)
· Receives client calls and coordinates with TSA handling the account to address immediate concerns
· Assigned in monitoring and coordination of special letters for approval
Ø Assists in deliveries and pull outs from clients.
Ø Assists in deliveries and pick-ups
Ø Assists in collections and bank errands
Ø Assists in hotel bookings and flight schedule options in preparation of gameplan and monitoring of approval
Ø Prepares documents for Government Bidding (printing, tabbing and sealing) and Client Accreditation Requirements
Ø Summarizes Management Reports
Ø Updates monitoring link of Cash Advances & Request for Payment
Ø Prepares request for weekly office supplies, brochures, marketing collaterals and forms
Ø Prepares / Generate training certificates for seminars
Ø Maintains good housekeeping of the satellite office
