Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the team and management.
- Handle emails, scheduling, and calendar management.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and other important documents.
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and external partners.
- Support HR and operations in maintaining organized systems and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Stable internet connection and suitable workspace (for remote setup).
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with CRM or task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Zoho).
- Familiarity with HR or operations support tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
