About the role

We are looking for a talented and driven Retail Marketing & Store Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team at HR Spectacles' in Makati City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving the success of our retail operations and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services in-store
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring efficient and customer-centric service
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing training and coaching to drive performance
  • Monitor and analyse store sales, inventory, and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging in-store displays, promotions, and events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to support the overall growth of the business

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in a retail or marketing role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing campaigns and driving sales growth
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
