A. JOB PURPOSE

The Retail Marketing Associate is responsible for the development and implementation of effective retail and local marketing campaigns for all physical stores while cultivating dynamic marketing programs to boost sales.

  • Assist the Retail Marketing and Activations Manager with the creation of strategic plan for retail marketing and implementing effective campaigns across different channels to generate awareness and boost sales.


• Collaborate and support the retail sales team with advertising materials and strategic marketing campaigns and activities.


• Effectively roll-out promotional activities to generate sales and implement aggressive efforts for select stores that need help thru localized brand marketing.


• Forge relationships with mall partners and relevant brand partners to get advertising mileages and brand exposure with the least possible cost


• Analyze data and generate insights from retail campaign for best practices and measure return on investment.


• Perform tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management
