Retail Marketing Manager
plays a key role in driving the brand's commercial success by bridging
m
arketing strategy with retail execution. This role is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing, activation, and CRM programs that enhance brand visibility, elevate the in-store experience, and strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.

Working closely with the Sales, CRM, and Retail Operations teams, the Retail Marketing Manager will propose, create, and execute communications plans — across social media, digital, in-store activations, and press — aligned with the brand's luxury positioning and approved by top management.

The ultimate objective is to build brand awareness, drive retail traffic and conversion, and nurture long-term customer relationships through data-driven, customer-centric marketing initiatives. This role will report to the Brand General Manager.
