Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance in line with business goals.
  • Supervise daily activities of the marketing team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • Coordinate retail campaigns, in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with store managers, sales teams, and external vendors to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
  • Manage the creation of promotional materials including print, digital, and social media content.
  • Oversee the maintenance of visual merchandising standards and in-store branding.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and report on ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, retail trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
