Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years supervisory experience in retail or store operations.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills — someone who can actually manage a team, not babysit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and staff, even when they're being a headache.
  • Proficient in inventory management, sales monitoring, and basic reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure without losing focus — no drama, no excuses.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to enforce store policies consistently.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and capable of handling cash operations and store assets responsibly.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
  • Knowledge in POS systems and basic computer applications is an advantage.

Job Description

  • Oversees daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflow — basically making sure no one screws things up.
  • Supervises store staff, assigns tasks, and maintains proper work discipline.
  • Ensures excellent customer service, handling concerns professionally even when clients are being difficult.
  • Monitors inventory levels, conducts spot checks, and coordinates replenishments — no room for sloppy stock control.
  • Ensures accurate cash handling, sales monitoring, and end-of-day reports.
  • Implements and enforces company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Maintains store cleanliness, product displays, and overall visual standards.
  • Coordinates with the management team regarding store performance, issues, and operational needs.
  • Trains and mentors staff to improve performance and maintain quality service.
  • Handles incident reports, store concerns, and operational problems quickly and professionally — no delays, no bullshit.
  • Ensures all company assets, equipment, and merchandise are properly secured and accounted for.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
