What is this role about?
The role will work closely with the head of the sub-unit in developing and executing strategies and initiatives to sell fuels and lubricants to his assigned segment/industry. He/She shall also support the sub-unit in implementing business development strategies aimed at expanding the company's current product portfolio and penetrating new markets.

What will YOU do?

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and lead the execution of initiatives in the assigned segment/industry
  • Support the team in identifying opportunities for new accounts, markets, and products to expand the company's presence and product portfolio by conducting market analysis and surveys, monitoring competitor activities, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, and building strategic partnerships
  • Manage the assigned accounts to establish and maintain strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Collaborate with the Technical Team in conducting technical presentations to potential customers to acquire new accounts and achieve volume targets

What will YOU need?

  • At least more than 10 years of related experience, preferably from the Manufacturing, Energy, Oil/Gas industry
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a managerial/leadership capacity
  • Adept in Sales, Business Analysis
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork as needed
