Major Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing Support:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Help maintain and update the talent pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Support in creating job advertisements and posting them on various platforms.

2. Screening and Interviewing:

  • Review basic qualifications of resumes and forward shortlisted profiles to the Recruitment Specialist or Hiring Manager.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
  • Assist in conducting initial phone screenings, when required.

3. Candidate Communication:

  • Communicate with applicants to acknowledge receipt of applications and provide updates on their status.
  • Respond to basic candidate inquiries regarding job openings and application procedures.

4. Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain organized and accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system or recruitment database.
  • Assist in preparing job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding documentation.

5. Onboarding Assistance:

  • Help prepare new hire packets and orientation materials.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating schedules and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

6. Reporting and Data Management:

  • Assist in compiling recruitment-related reports and tracking key metrics (e.g., number of applicants, interview progress).
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all recruitment data and documents.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Preferably with experience in HR or recruitment support (internship or previous employment).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Willing to learn and grow in the field of HR and recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,650.00 per month
