Qualification(s):

*Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field

*Experience: Prior experience as an HR Assistant, administrative assistant, or in another HR-related role is often a plus. Internships or part-time roles can also provide valuable experience.

*Key Skills / Knowledge: (1) Administrative & Organizational: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized records, and handle scheduling efficiently. (2) Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees and management. (3) Problem-Solving: The ability to handle routine problems and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment is crucial. (4) Confidentiality & Professionalism: A strong sense of professionalism and the ability to keep sensitive employee information private are vital. (5) Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is necessary for tasks like data entry and record-keeping. (6) Interpersonal Skills: The ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people and provide good customer service is important.

*Special Requirements:

(1) HR Practices: A foundational understanding of HR functions, employee relations, and basic timekeeping practices is beneficial. (2) Employment Laws: Familiarity with labor and employment laws and regulations is an asset.

With at least 2 years experience in HR / Admin Role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
