Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. This includes developing strategies for talent retention and succession planning. 2
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment. Address conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. 2
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Provide guidance to managers in addressing performance-related matters. 1
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the organization. 2
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth. 2
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the compensation team to design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. 1
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to derive insights and inform decision-making, assessing the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. 2

Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. 2
- Experience: Significant experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. 2
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as SPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP may be preferred.
