EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

Looking for a dedicated Employee Relations to foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role serves as a key liaison between employees and management to support employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENTSeeking an innovative Organizational Development to drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee development. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership to identify development needs, design learning programs, and implement strategies that support business goals and foster a high-performance culture.

What you'll be doing

• Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct investigations related to workplace complaints or disciplinary issues.
• Advise management and employees on employee relations policies and best practices.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Support disciplinary and performance management processes.
• Collaborate with HR team to update employee relations policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to employee relations cases.

• Conduct orientation/training sessions on topics such as workplace behavior, conflict resolution, and company policies.

• Assess organizational development needs through data analysis, employee feedback, and leadership consultation.

• Design, develop, and deliver in-house training programs, leadership development initiatives, and change management strategies.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the Industrial & Employee Relations industry
• Proficient in HR information systems and data management
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with a customer-centric approach
