About the Role

Are you a recent graduate whos great with spreadsheets and enjoys organizing data? Were looking for a Purchasing Assistant to support our team in managing product information, purchase orders, and supplier coordination. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in purchasing, retail operations, or supply chain.

This role focuses on Excel-based tasks and admin work. Youll play a key role in ensuring our product and pricing data is accurate, updated, and aligned across teams.

What youll be working on:

  • Input and manage product and pricing data in spreadsheets and systems

  • Process purchase orders and monitor updates with suppliers

  • Assist with product availability and lead time tracking

  • Prepare item comparisons, summaries, and vendor files

  • Communicate with team members to align timelines and resolve issues

  • Help streamline product and inventory reporting using Excel

  • You will be supporting the Senior Buyer in the day to day operations and tasks.

What were looking for:

  • Open for Entry-level candidates or fresh graduate (with relevant experience experience/knowledge is preferred but not required)

  • Able to communicate in English

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Strong Excel skills, including:

    • Concatenation (with line breaks)

    • TRIM, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP

    • Array formulas using VLOOKUP

    • REPLACE and SUBSTITUTE

  • Can work independently and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable communicating with vendors or internal teams
