Main Duties, Responsibilities and Performance Indicators

  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse, hallways and extensions.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions and physical movement of materials from receipt to stocking and to distribution.
  • Ensures Daily update of Web Inventory system
  • Ensures that all receipts of raw/packaging materials and finished goods from the supplier(s) and transfer to production are on time, documented and well accounted for.
  • Encode RM/PM/FG daily purchases, consumption and rejects.
  • Conduct a physical count of RM/PM/FG every end of the month.
  • Oversees outgoing shipment activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipment.
  • Maintain an orderly and accurate process for receiving and releasing goods in the warehouse.
  • Measures and reports the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
  • Assists co-warehouse staff when necessary.
  • Follow safety precautions in all areas.
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Warehouse Department Head
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish annotative or adjust existing work procedure and practices.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business related courses/Accountancy/ Industrial Engineer
  • At least 1 -2 years of experience in handling warehouse in food industry is an advantage
