The HR Officer - Generalist is responsible for managing key HR functions including recruitment and staffing, timekeeping and attendance monitoring, administration of government-mandated benefits, and employee engagement initiatives. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies while fostering a positive work environment.
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes in coordination with department heads.
- Oversee daily timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
- Manage government mandated benefits, including fillings and updates.
- Organize and implement employee engagement programs and internal HR initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR functions, preferably with exposure to recruitment, timekeeping, and benefits.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government regulations.
- Proficient in MS Officer and HRIS/timekeeping systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask.
- Willing to be assigned in Concepcion Grande, Naga City
