HR EMPOYEE RELATIONS ASSOCIATE
Key Responsibilities:
Terms and Conditions of Employment:
-Address terms and conditions of employment to ensure fair treatment for all employees.
-Regularly review and update employment contracts and policies to comply with current legislation.
Dispute Resolution:
-Develop procedures and provide support to resolve disputes between employees and management.
-Manage grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Employee Morale and Motivation:
-Foster open communication channels through regular feedback sessions and employee surveys.
-Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and motivation, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
Legal Compliance and Ethical Standards:
-Ensure that all HR practices and policies adhere to relevant laws and regulations to avoid legal issues.
-Maintain ethical standards in all HR operations and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Additional Responsibilities:
-Memo Creation for AWOL: Prepare and issue memos for employees who are Absent Without Official Leave (AWOL), following company policy and legal guidelines.
-Manage employee attendance records and address attendance-related issues promptly.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Excellent active listening skills
-Effective and strong verbal communication skills
-Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
-Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
-Performance Monitoring
-Administer performance evaluation of rank-and-file probationary employees
-Graduate of 4 year degree course in human resources, business/office administration, or any related field.
-Preferably with 6 months to 1 year relevant experience.
