The Security Officer is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and security of all company assets, personnel, and passengers across ticketing offices, bus garages, terminals, and administrative offices. This includes coordinating with third-party security service providers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and conducting regular inspections and incident investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Security Oversight and Management

  2. Supervise and monitor security operations across all company facilities, including bus garages, ticketing offices, bus terminals, and administrative offices.

  3. Ensure all areas are protected against theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and other security threats.

  4. Implement and enforce access control measures and visitor management procedures.

  5. Third-Party Security Coordination

  6. Liaise with contracted third-party security agencies to ensure they meet agreed service standards and performance KPIs.

  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of third-party security personnel on duty.
  8. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to third-party guards as necessary.

  9. Ensure adequate staffing of security posts across locations in coordination with agency supervisors.

  10. Safety & Incident Management

  11. Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and incidents across locations.

  12. Document and report incidents, including theft, accidents, or misconduct.

  13. Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when needed.

  14. Risk Assessment & Compliance

  15. Conduct regular risk assessments and security inspections of company facilities.

  16. Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities or potential threats.

  17. Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies, as well as local laws and regulations.

  18. Coordination & Communication

  19. Work closely with operations, HR, maintenance, and other departments to ensure alignment of safety and security procedures.

  20. Act as the point of contact for all security-related issues in assigned areas.
  21. Maintain clear logs, reports, and communication channels with management and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Training in security or law enforcement preferred.
  • Valid Security Guard License or Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar security role, experience in a transport or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Experience in a supervising or coordinating third-party contractors.
  • Willing to be assigned in Naga, Camarines Sur.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
