Job Description :
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 30 newly onboarded shops per month on the Mall platform.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brand partners during the incubation period.
  • Support and guide new brands through the 12-week incubation program.
  • Assist with setting up product listings and ensuring compliance with branding and marketing standards.
  • Educate brands on available growth programs and marketing tools, both on-site and off-site.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics such as ADO (Average Daily Orders), ADGMV (Average Daily Gross Merchandise Value), monetization rates, and utilization of platform benefits.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing packages chosen by incubating brands.
  • Set up promotional freebies and track milestone completions to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Regularly collect feedback from brand partners to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and enhance the incubation experience.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce, or brand development preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
