About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant based in the Philippines who can deliver both functional consulting and technical development. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Business Central, and deliver customizations using AL and RDLC. SQL knowledge is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.).
  • Design, develop, and maintain AL extensions for Business Central.
  • Create and modify RDLC report layouts for business documents and reports.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for customizations and integrations.
  • Provide both functional and technical support to end users.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting (SQL development is a plus).

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (functional + technical).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AL development and extension building is essential.
  • Skilled in creating and modifying RDLC report layouts.
  • Experience in core Business Central functional module (e.g., Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing or Inventory).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with international clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting setup.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is highly regarded.
  • Nice to have: SQL development and query optimization.
