Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams, while ensuring consistent rapport with existing clients and partners.
  • Provide post-sales support, address client concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
  • Join public bidding, plan management and lead management to bidding committee.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure all deliverables to clients are meet deadlines.
  • Update product inventory and ordering plans for clients and partners.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of medical devices and clinical procedures.
  • Proven sales and negotiation expertise, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and engage medical professionals.
  • Skilled in conducting product and delivering persuasive presentations to clients and partners.
  • High customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office, and relevant sales tools.
  • Effective territory and time management; self-motivated and results driven.
  • Adaptability to changing healthcare environments and evolving product portfolios.

Pre-requisite:

  • Degree in any related field.
  • With have PCR License has advantage but not required.
  • At least 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
