About the role

This is a full-time Sales/Marketing Assistant role based in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila at Aizent', a leading marketing and communications company. You will be supporting the sales and marketing team in delivering effective campaigns and strategies to drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the sales and marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Provide administrative support, such as organising meetings, managing calendars and responding to inquiries
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as presentations, social media content and email campaigns
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience(not required) in a sales or marketing assistant role, preferably in the marketing and communications industry
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media and email marketing
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field would be an advantage
