SALES ASSOCIATE

The Sales Personnel is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to potential and existing clients. This role requires not only strong sales and communication skills but also technical knowledge in Information Technology to effectively conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client support.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients.

  2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting technical features and business benefits.

  3. Provide technical knowledge and assistance to clients during pre-sales and post-sales activities.

  4. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the Sales Manager.

  5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  6. Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and clients.

  7. Collaborate with the IT and Product Development teams to stay updated on new features and improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT-related products or services.

  3. Strong knowledge in Information Technology (hardware, software, or systems integration).

  4. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

  5. Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  6. Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).

  7. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

    WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday
