Primary Responsibilities:
  • Address employee concerns, requests, and approvals (including PTO and system access)
  • Process employee updates (position/pay rate changes, personnel requisition forms)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: applicant screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Assist with employee assessments: scheduling, filing, and reporting
  • Oversee offboarding and system terminations
  • Conduct employee check-ins and surveys; prepare related reports
  • Monitor and file records: tardiness, notes to file, disciplinary actions, employee movements, and claims
  • Prepare weekly HR reports, including tardiness counts and disciplinary actions for manager approval
  • Manage weekly benefits enrollment, terminations, and updates
  • Update organization charts (CI/BambooHR) weekly
  • Monitor and flag risks on DETR site weekly
  • Conduct monthly ACA audits and Employee Navigator updates
  • Prepare monthly employee wellbeing survey reports
  • Prepare quarterly manager-team assessment reports and filing
  • Prepare legal documents for employment claims and cases as needed
  • Update employee handbook, draft SOPs, policies, job descriptions, and disciplinary forms as needed
  • Support benefits and ACA reporting as required

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR coordination or a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites, Google Workspace, Asana, Calendly, and BambooHR
  • Strong skills in admin support, file management, email and calendar management
  • Knowledge of HR, recruitment, operations management, and data management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must be comfortable working with timetrackers
  • Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, webcamera, and noise cancelling headset)
