Overview

We are URGENTLY looking for a dependable and proactive Admin and Liaison Officer to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. This role involves a combination of administrative support, external liaison work, and logistical coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to work independently while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with government offices, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and pursue partnership opportunities across various industries.
  • Provide excellent client service and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Handle the pickup and delivery of packages, documents, and other materials.
  • Process and collect bank and government documents on behalf of the company.
  • Plan efficient routes and verify transport details before each trip.
  • Assist in lease renewals and ensure compliance with administrative requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including liquidation and trip reports.
  • Maintain and ensure the proper use and upkeep of company vehicles.
  • Drive employees, clients, and materials safely to their destinations.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including filing, printing, and document organization.
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for logistics and document handling.
  • Maintain updated contact lists of business partners and service providers.
  • Handle vehicle registration, renewal, and other compliance-related tasks.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree required (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative, liaison, or operations support.
  • Proficient in driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Must have a valid driver's license (motorcycle and four-wheeled vehicle).
  • Strong customer service, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledgeable in traffic laws, road safety, and document handling procedures.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
  • Experience as a driver, messenger, or administrative assistant is an advantage.
  • With own motorcycle
