Admin / Liaison Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares, organizes, and manages company documents, records, and permits.
  • Submits, follows up, and claims documents from various government and private agencies.
  • Coordinates with different offices.
  • Ensures completeness, accuracy, and proper endorsement of requirements.
  • Monitors expiration and renewal schedules of permits, IDs, licenses, and certifications.
  • Maintains both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Provides administrative support such as encoding, scheduling, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Relays updates, instructions, and feedback between management and external stakeholders.
  • Prepares status reports on ongoing documentation and agency transactions.
  • Handles confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conducts fieldwork to process permits, clearances, and official company requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in liaison work or government transactions is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Familiar with basic office software (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork and urgent processing.
