Admin Liaison

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Admin Liaison to provide administrative support and facilitate smooth communication between departments, clients, and external partners. This role may also include assisting with company errands and transport duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of communication between the office, field teams, and external partners.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating team activities.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support daily office operations including filing, data entry, and office coordination.
  • Assist in transporting staff, equipment, and materials when required.
  • Ensure proper use and upkeep of company vehicles.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational graduate or college level in any relevant field.
  • Valid 4-wheel driver's license required.
  • Experience driving L300 or similar company vehicles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Physically fit, reliable, and ready to start immediately.
  • Willing to work onsite in South Caloocan City.
